Free Consultation Policy At Gemini Sisters Farm, we understand that beginning therapy is an important and personal decision. Our complimentary consultation is designed to provide an opportunity to connect, ask questions, and explore whether our services feel like the right fit for your needs. Purpose of the Consultation The free consultation is intended to: Learn more about what brings you to therapy Discuss goals and desired areas of support Review available services and therapy approaches Answer general questions about scheduling, payment, and what to expect Determine whether Gemini Sisters Farm may be an appropriate therapeutic fit Consultation Details: Duration: Approximately 10–15 minutes Cost: Complimentary Format: Phone or Virtual Available for new prospective therapy clients only Please Note: A consultation is not a therapy session, diagnostic assessment, crisis service, or clinical treatment appointment and does not establish a therapeutic relationship. Clinical recommendations, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions occur only after intake and consent documents are completed. Finding the Right Fit: Not every therapist is the right fit for every individual, couple, or family—and that is completely okay. If it is determined that another clinician, specialty area, or level of care would better support your needs, referrals and recommendations may be provided whenever possible. Eligibility for Services: Current therapy services are available for: Individuals (18+) Couples Families Children and teens are accepted through family therapy services, as we believe family involvement often supports meaningful and lasting therapeutic change. Attendance & Scheduling: Please arrive on time for your scheduled consultation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice whenever possible so appointment times may be offered to others. Repeated missed consultations without notice may limit future complimentary consultation scheduling. Payment & Insurance: Therapy services are currently offered on an out-of-pocket basis.
