Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer virtual therapy?

Yes. Therapy services are available both in person at Gemini Sisters Farm and virtually through telehealth. Together, we can determine which format best supports your goals, comfort, schedule, and therapeutic needs.

Who do you work with?

Services are currently offered for:

  • Individuals (18+)

  • Couples

  • Families

For children and teens, services are offered through family therapy rather than individual treatment.

Through both professional experience and clinical philosophy, we believe meaningful family involvement often creates deeper, more sustainable change by supporting the entire system—not just one individual.

Do sessions always take place outside?

No. While nature and the farm environment are integrated into many experiences, therapy is individualized. Sessions may take place outdoors, indoors, virtually, or through a combination of approaches depending on weather, comfort, accessibility, and clinical goals.

What if I’m not sure therapy at the farm is the right fit?

That’s completely okay.

The consultation process is designed to help determine whether this approach aligns with your needs and goals. If it feels that another therapist, specialty, or level of care would better support you, referrals and recommendations can be provided to help connect you with the right fit.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, therapy services are offered on an out-of-pocket basis.

Insurance options are anticipated in the future and updates will be shared as they become available.

For clients seeking reimbursement, superbills may be available upon request for submission to out-of-network benefits (coverage varies by plan).

What does a first session look like?

Your first session is an opportunity to slow down, share your goals, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what support may look like moving forward. Together, we’ll create an approach that feels aligned with your needs and comfort level.
