Join us for a seasonal series of healing, connection, and growth.
Welcome to Woven—a nature-based women’s support circle designed to cultivate meaningful relationships, nurture self-compassion, and support holistic well-being through life’s many seasons. Each gathering includes a mindful walk, guided group discussion, tea ceremony, and closing meditation—all held in a safe and nurturing space surrounded by nature.
September: Building Connection & Navigating Life Stressors
Our opening circle focuses on creating authentic connections, managing everyday overwhelm, and embracing self-compassion. Includes a guided "connection web" activity, intention setting, and reflection on the power of supportive sisterhood.
