Yoga at Gemini Sisters Farm

Join us at Gemini Sisters Farm for a deeply nourishing Yoga, Sound, and Aromatherapy experience designed to support rest, reflection, and reconnection. This class is facilitated by Jessica Knopf, a certified yoga instructor who specializes in a variety of yoga styles and is known for her calming, intuitive approach to guiding movement and breath.

This class begins with a gentle warm-up focused on setting individualized intentions, creating space to check in with yourself and arrive fully in the present moment. From there, Jessica will guide participants through a restorative yoga practice that blends yin yoga, slow flow, full-body stretching, and mindful breathwork, supporting both physical release and nervous system regulation.

As the movement practice comes to a close, participants will transition into a soothing sound therapy and aromatherapy experience, allowing the body and mind to fully relax, integrate, and restore. The class is intentionally designed to…
