Our experienced instructor and also owner of Essences Aroma, will teach you how to blend soothing aromas and incorporate farm grown herbs to enhance the candles' therapeutic properties. As you craft your candles, you will also engage in mindful practices, such as setting intentions and meditative techniques, to infuse your creations with positive energy. By the end of the workshop, you will have your own handmade candles to take home, along with the knowledge and inspiration to continue this relaxing and rewarding practice. Gemini Sisters Farm Eco-Therapy Sessions Booking Policy 1. Booking Process - All eco-therapy sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting our team via email or phone. - A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Please review the details carefully and contact us if any changes are required. - Sessions are subject to availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Payment - Full payment is required at the time of the selected session. - We accept payments via cash, check, and Zelle. - All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows. - In the event of severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Gemini Sisters Farm reserves the right to cancel sessions and provide a full refund or reschedule. 4. Rescheduling - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session. - One complimentary rescheduling is allowed per booking; additional changes may incur an administrative fee. 5. Arrival and Check-In - Participants are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session. - Late arrivals may result in reduced session time and will not be eligible for a refund. 6. Health and Safety - Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking. - All activities are conducted with safety in mind, but participation is at your own risk. - We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for outdoor activities. 7.
