Gemini Sisters Farm Eco-Therapy Sessions Booking Policy 1. Booking Process - All eco-therapy sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting our team via email or phone. - A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Please review the details carefully and contact us if any changes are required. - Sessions are subject to availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Payment - Full payment is required at the time of the selected session. - We accept payments via cash, check, and Zelle. - All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows. - In the event of severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Gemini Sisters Farm reserves the right to cancel sessions and provide a full refund or reschedule. 4. Rescheduling - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session. - One complimentary rescheduling is allowed per booking; additional changes may incur an administrative fee. 5. Arrival and Check-In - Participants are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session. - Late arrivals may result in reduced session time and will not be eligible for a refund. 6. Health and Safety - Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking. - All activities are conducted with safety in mind, but participation is at your own risk. - We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for outdoor activities. 7. Group Bookings - Group bookings of 5 or more participants may qualify for special rates; please contact us for more details. - A designated group leader should coordinate all communication with our team. 8. Code of Conduct - Participants are expected to respect the farm environment, staff, and fellow attendees. - Smoking, alcohol consumption, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. - We reserve the right to remove any participant who does not adhere to these guidelines without a refund. 9. Photography and Media - We may take photographs during sessions for promotional purposes; please inform us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed. 10.
